Whilst thinking about the stressful issue, take both of your thumbs, place them lightly at the outer corners of both eyes and slide them back to your hair line.
Leaving your thumbs in this place, take both ring fingers and place them lightly on the forehead, and with the index and middle fingers of both hands reach for the anterior fontanel -- your baby soft spot.
Hold these 5 points whilst you think about the issue that is troubling you and hold until until the stress dissipates.
